At Grounded in Grit, we help struggling students rise—not just academically, but emotionally, spiritually, and personally. Founded by Ismael Santiago, a Catholic school educator, former Air Force Technical Sergeant, and experienced leadership coach, this mission-driven platform equips learners with the mindset, structure, and support they need to succeed—no matter how tough the journey.
